Usage: This section is the main configuration screen for DLCPMWeb. The Settings consists of two categories: General and CRM List.

 

Navigation: Administrator > Settings  or   V11 - Settingson Home Page

 

There are several options in this section that impacts the behavior of the application. It is strongly recommended that you examine, review, and define these settings prior to using the application.

 

Global - Refers to the global settings which will affect the entire application.

CRM Lists - Options used for the Customer Relationship Management portion of DLCPMWeb.

Personal - Users specific settings
