Usage:
In order to use a Product in a case you need to add the product to the database first. To be able to do that you need several predefined information such as: Product Type, Method, Tasks that will need to be done to complete the Products. All these and much more are defined in Products and Tasks Lists menus.
Navigation: Administrator > Settings or 
on Home Page then Global > Products & Tasks Lists
