Prerequisites:

In order to be able to enter all details, please make sure you have data entered on following tables:      

Administrator > Settings  or   V11 - Settingson Home Page > Global > Products & Tasks Lists > RX Categories

Administrator > Settings  or   V11 - Settingson Home Page > Global > Laboratory Lists > Preferences
