Usage:
Carriers are assigned to the customer for shipping purposes. The default setting includes popular Carriers, but each user may add their own. The Tracking URL is used to automatically track cases from within DLCPM and it also allows customers to track their own cases via the Customer Web Portal.
Navigation: Administrator > Settings or on Home Page > CRM Lists > Shipping > Carriers

1.Click and the New Value(s) form will open. 2. Enter the new Carrier name and it's Tracking URL. 3.Click and the new record will be added. |
1.Select the Carrier record you wish to update by clicking on the record. 2.Click and the Edit Value(s) form will open. 3.Enter the new Carrier name and it's Tracking URL. 4.Click and the changes will be saved. |
1.Select the Carrier you wish to delete by clicking on the record. 2.Click 3. Select YES when prompted for confirmation. Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time. |
