Usage:
Enter any available Education Courses that a customer, or any of it's Practice Doctors can attend. To be able to set up all data you should add Types and Methods records before entering any Courses. You need to define the type of course and what method was used when it was attended.
Navigation: Administrator > Settings or on Home Page > CRM Lists > Education > Courses
Education Courses Maintenance form
1.Click and the New Value(s) form will open. 2.Enter Course Description, Duration in hours and Instructor full name 3.Select a Course Type and Method. To have available options in the dropdown please make sure you have entered them previously in Type and Method forms. 4.Enter the Course Location 5.Click and the new record will be added. |
1.Select the Course record you wish to update by clicking on it. 2.Click and the Edit Value(s) form will open. 3.Make any necessary changes 4.Click and the changes will be saved. |
1.Select the Course you wish to delete by clicking on it. 2.Click 3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time. |
