Usage:

Set Tax rates before adding products and cases. You may need tax rates to include in your invoice.

Navigation: Administrator > Settings  or   V11 - Settingson Home Page > Global > Laboratory Lists > Tax Rates

hmtoggle_arrow1How to add a new Tax Rate record

1.Click V11 - new and the New Value(s) form will open.

2.Enter the new Tax name, Rate, Tax Agency and Tax Group.

3.Select date if you want to set a Deactivate On date.

4.Click V11 - Save and the new record will be added.

1.Select the Tax Rate record you want to update by clicking on it.

2.Click V11 - modify long and the Edit Value(s) form will open.

3.Enter the new name in the Tax , Rate or Tax Agency fields.

4.You may also change the Deactivate On date if necessary.

5.Click V11 - Save and the changes will be saved.

1.Select the Tax Rate you want to delete by clicking on it.

2.Click V11 - delete long

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. 

Please Note: Record will be deleted from the database, but you can add it back at any time.
