Usage:
It is highly recommended to create an E-mail template folder called "User Templates", or something similar, and create personalized templates for each user. See how to create templates here. When sending an email without selecting a template, the personal template will be applied.
After the user templates are created, each user will need to select his/her own personal template.
Navigation: Administrator > Settings or on Home Page then Personal > Email Preferences
My E-mail settings menu
1.Following the navigation path select Email Preferences form 2.Click on 3.Click on the template you wish to be the default template 4.The default template name that was set will display on the page. 5.If you wish to remove the default template, click Please Note: When sending an email without selecting a template, the personal template will be used if one has been created. |
Warning:
The templates found under the System Template will be replaced or updated during future upgrades. When using these templates, please create your own with a different name.
There are 2 ways to make your own template:

➢ Press Ctrl +A to select all, Ctrl+C to copy
➢ Close the system template
➢ Create a new folder or point to an existing folder
➢ Rick click on the folder and click New Template, which will open a blank form
➢ Press Ctrl+V to paste it
➢ Click Save
➢ Select the Folder and give your template a name
➢ Follow the instructions to assign this newly created template to your lab
Click Apply on the settings form if you would like these changes to take immediate effect or click OK to save and close the Settings form.
