Usage:

As with many other settings, it is essential to enter the Case Option settings before starting work with the application because they are indispensable when you add or track data in the main forms.    

This feature is designed to set up some default settings that will be used when Cases are added, invoiced and scheduled. All options are global and they will not be specific to each customer.

 

Navigation:             File > Global Settings > Global > Case Options  

 

Six tabs are designed, each with specific settings:

 

Case Entry - Global Settings that will have effect when the case is created.

Invoicing - refers to settings that will apply when case is invoiced.

TryIn Invoicing - you can specify the Invoice Option for a TryIn Case .

Shipping - includes shipping options.

Case Scheduling - refers to setting up the shipping date.

Load Schedule

Follow-up Call- you have the option to create and configure Follow-up Calls for new and returning Customers.
