Usage:
New calls may be created by the following different paths. The most common way to create a call is by accessing the 3. Calls & Notes tab on the Customer form, but DLCPM offers several other ways to create calls. For example, if you are on the cases form and you wish to create a call that should be related to a case, it is more convenient to create the call for that specific case instead of navigating to the Calls & Notes form, creating the call and then linking it to a case.
Following is a list with all possible navigation paths and their corresponding consequences.
1. Main > Customer > 3.Calls and Notes tab > Add new Call
2. Main > Customer form - on the left menu > New Call |
On the New Call form: ➢ Customer Name ➢ User ➢ Customer Phone Number are populated by default. |

First the Find Customer form is displayed. Search and select the customer, then on the New Call form: ➢Customer Name ➢User ➢Customer Phone Number are populated by default. |
