Usage:
Case Number Labels can be printed after cases are created. How to create a case is described in a different topic.
In terms of settings needed to print a Case Number Label you only need to set up a Label Printer in File > Global Settings > Global > Printers form.
How to print Case Number Labels automatically
You have the option to automatically print Case Number Labels when new case is entered in File > Global Settings > Global > Case Options > Case Entry > General tab.
1.Check Automatically print Case # Labels when entering New Case option and the labels will be printed automatically each time a new case is entered. 2.Enter how many labels you want to be printed automatically when a new case is entered in Number of Labels to Print field.

If you want to print the Case Number Labels manually you simply uncheck this option in settings menu and you can print the Labels any time later. |
1.Select the case for which you want to print the Labels. You can do that in Customer > 4.Cases form or after Searching it in Case Finder. 2.Print the Case Number Label. You have several ways to do that: •Right click on the case record in grid and select Print Case Label Print Case Label navigation •Open the case for edit and click on Actions > Print Case Label Print Case Label navigation •Or click on the Print Icon on cases form and select Case Label Print Case Label navigation 3.You will be asked how many Labels you want to print. Enter the number of labels in Number of Labels field. 4.Click Ok and you will get the labels printed |
A Case Label will display following information: Case Label 1.Name 2.Pan number 3.Bar Code 4.Case number. |
