Usage:
Shipping Labels can be printed manually or automatically after cases are Invoiced . There are two types of Shipping labels depending on how the delivery is made. If the delivery is local then Local Shipping labels can be printed. Otherwise, if a carrier is used then a Carrier Shipping label will be available.
In terms of settings needed to print a Shipping Labels you only need to set up a Label Printer in File > Global Settings > Global > Printers form.
How to print Shipping Label automatically
You have the option to automatically print the shipping label after a case is invoiced in File > Global Settings > Global > Case Options > Case Invoicing If the When Invoicing Cases, Automatically Print Local Shipping Label option is checked then the Shipping Labels are printed right after the case is invoiced. If you want to print the labels manually you simply uncheck this option in settings menu.

Two types of Shipping labels are available depending on how the delivery is made. ➢If the delivery is local then Local Shipping labels can be printed ➢otherwise if a carrier is used then Carrier Shipping label are available.
1.Select the case for which you want to print the Labels. You can do that in Customer > 4.Cases form or after Searching it in Case Finder. 2.Print the Shipping Label. •Right click on the case record in grid and select Print Local Shipping Label or Print Carrier Shipping Label Print Shipping Label navigation •Or click on the Print Icon on cases form and select Local Shipping Label or Carrier Shipping Label Print Shipping Label navigation Note: Carrier Shipping Label cannot be printed if the delivery is not performed by a Carrier. Local Shipping labels are available in both cases. |
