Usage:  

The Selected Call report displays details of the call that was previously selected.      

 

Please Note: If the Reports > View Reports on Screen option is checked, then the report will be displayed on screen. Otherwise, you will need to select a printer to print the report from.    

 

Navigation: Customer top toolbar menu > Reports > Selected Call    

Please Note: The Customer toolbar menu will not be available unless the Customer form is selected.

1.Select the customer.

2.Select a Call. You can select a pending call from the main customer form or any other call from the 3. Calls and Notes tab.

3.Navigate to Customer menu > Reports > Selected Call.

4.The report is printed and should look similar to this:
