Usage:
The Calls for Selected Case report lists all calls that correspond to the selected Case.
Please Note: If the Reports > View Reports on Screen option is checked, then the report will be displayed on screen. Otherwise, you will need to select a printer to print the report from.
Navigation: Customer top toolbar menu > Reports > Calls for selected Case
Please Note: The Customer toolbar menu will not be available unless the Customer form is selected.

2.Select the Case 4. Cases tab.
Please Note: You cannot print this report if you select the case through Case Finder because the Customer menu will not be available unless the Customer form is selected.
3.Navigate to Customer menu > Reports > Calls for Selected Case.
4.Fill in the Calls Report. You can customize your report by choosing between several available options on the Call Analysis Report Selection form.

5.Once you have made the desired selections, click the button.
6.The report should look like this:

7.Navigate through left menu options to see details.
