Usage:  

Taxes display only those products that were added to the case and have Tax applied to them. Taxes for products can be applied in File > Global Settings > Global > Products & Tasks Lists > Products > Product Taxes.

 

Navigation: Customer > 4. Cases OR Case Finder > Taxes tab
