Usage:
Cases can be linked if there is a reason to do that. On Linked Cases tab you will see all cases that are linked with the selected one. You may now link any Case to any Case for a given customer along with notes.
Navigation: Customer > 4. Cases OR Case Finder > Linked Cases tab

Available options
➢Add Link
1.Click on or right click on the Case number and click Add Link.
2.Select Case number you want to link to the selected case
3.Enter Link Comments
4.Click
➢Delete
1.Select the link you want to delete
2.Click on or right click on the Case number and click Delete Link.
3.Click Yes when asked for confirmation
➢Open Linked Case
1.Select the linked case
2.Click or right click on the Case number and click Open Linked Case.
