Usage:
Call Priority has been added to the Calls. The list of priorities are added in the master settings. My Calls and Department Calls open the list in Priority and Date order by default.
Navigation: File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Calls > Priorities
Call Priority Maintenance form
1.Click and the New Call Priority form will open. 2.Enter the new Priority name. 3.Click and the new record will be added. |
1.Select the Priority record you wish to update by clicking on it. 2.Click and the Modify Call Priority form will open. 3.Enter the new name in Priority field. 4.Click and the changes will be saved. |
1.Select the Priority you wish to delete by clicking on it. 2.Click 3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time. |
