Usage:
Another way DLCPM provides complete customer information is the ability to record an unlimited number of contacts or associates. Anyone that may work with or share clients with doctors in your database can be recorded separately and will be permanently attached to a doctor's record.
Navigation: Customer > 2.Related Info > Contacts

1.Click to enter a new Contact 2.Enter all of the details you can, such as: Name, phone number, Birth date and email address. 3.E-mail options: Include in Broadcast E-mail Include in Single E-mail 4.Click for the record to be added |
1.Select the record you wish to edit by clicking on it in the grid 2.Click 3.Make any necessary changes and click Save |
1.Select the contact to whom you wish to send the e-mail 2.Click 3.The From and To fields will automatically be populated and all you need to enter is the Subject and the e-mail body 4.After you have finished the e-mail, click Send and your e-mail will be sent |
1.Select the Contact you wish to delete by clicking on it in the grid 2.Click 3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you can add it back at any time. |
