Usage:  

Customers may have their own preferences. On this tab the preferences applied to the selected case are displayed such as Workorder Notes, Invoice Notes, Instructions and Task Preference. If you want to make changes to customer preferences please read this topic.

 

Navigation: Customer > 4. Cases OR Case Finder > Preferences tab

 

Preferences tab

Available Preferences:

➢Workorder Notes - entered while case was created.

➢Invoice Notes - entered while case was invoiced.

➢Instruction - displays Customer Preferences

➢Task Preferences - shows tasks preferences.
