Usage:
The option to Update Case Status allows you to scan or enter the barcodes for selected cases and change their statuses with a simple click on the Update button.
Navigation: Tools > Batch processing > Update Case Status
Update Case Status navigation
1.Open the Update Case Status form by following the navigation path. 2.You may Set Status to On Hold adding a Reason or you may select a new case Status. 3.Scan the case barcode or enter the Case Number and click 4.Repeat previous step to enter all cases you want. Please Note: If you entered a wrong case, you can remove it from the list by selecting it and clicking the button. If you wish to remove all cases you can simply click on
5.Click 6.Case Number Status will be updated. You can check it on Customer > Cases tab or on Case Finder form. |
