Usage:  

This option allows the technician that is logged in to send ePop messages to different users, a group or another technician.

 

Navigation: Once logged into the application click on Send ePop Module

Following form will be displayed:

1.Select User, Group or Technician. Just click on the dropdown field and select the recipient.

2.Enter text.

3.Click Send.

4.Message: "ePop successfully sent." is displayed.
