Usage:
The option to Update Case Status allows you to scan or enter the barcodes for selected cases and change their statuses with a simple click on the Update button.
Navigation: Tools > Batch processing > Update Case Status

Update Case Status navigation
1.Open the Update Case Status form by following the navigation path. 2.You may Set Status to On Hold adding a Reason or you may select a new case Status. 3.Scan the case barcode or enter the Case Number and click 4.Repeat previous step to enter all cases you want. Please Note: If you entered a wrong case, you can remove it from the list by selecting it and clicking the button. 5.Click ![V9 - Update](hmfile_hash_3c819168.jpg) 6.Case Number Status will be updated. You can check it on Customer > Cases tab or on Case Finder form. |
