Usage:
These options have been added to customize the printing option during case entry, invoicing, and shipment. In prior versions, the Global Settings were used as to define whether to print certain documents like Work Order, Invoice, and Case Label. However, in some situations, users may be entering cases that have different requirements for printing Work Orders or Alternate Work Orders. These options allow users to set the printing options and to over-write the Global Settings.
