Usage:
This feature has been added to set-up common notes for Call Notes, Work Order, Invoice, and QC Notes. Users may add the common notes here and then use the look-up list in the respective area to paste the note without typing them manually.
The common notes are available in the following areas:
➢When adding notes to a Call
➢When adding notes to Work Order
➢When adding notes to Invoice
➢When adding notes during QC outsource cases
➢When creating Case Alerts
Navigation: File > Global Settings > Global > Miscellaneous > Common Notes
Common Notes Maintenance form
1.Click and the New Note Type form will open. 2.Select Note Type . 3.Enter Description and Note. 4.Inactive - Users now have the ability to set Common Notes as Inactive. 5.Click and the new record will be added. |
1.Select the record you want to update by clicking on it. 2.Click and the Modify Note Type form will open. 3.Make all necessary changes . 4.Click and the changes will be saved. |
1.Select the record you want to delete by clicking on it. 2.Click 3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. Note: Record will be deleted from the database, but you can add it back at any time. |
