Usage: Similar to Customer Classes and Specialties, customers may be categorized by Type. Once defined here, DLCPM will display the customer type in the drop down list on the main customer form.

 

Navigation:   File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Customers > Types

hmtoggle_arrow1How to add a new Customer type:

1.Click V9 - New and the New Type form will open.      

2.Enter the new Customer type name.

3.Click V9 - OK and the new record will be added.

1.Select the Customer type you wish to update by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Modify and the Modify Type form will open.                                

3.Enter the new name in the Customer type field. 

4.Click V9 - OK and changes will be saved.

1.Select the Customer type you wish to delete by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Delete

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. 

Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time.
