1.Click and the New Specialty type form will open                                

2.Enter the new Specialty type name.

3.Click  and the record will be added.

1.Select the Specialty type record you wish to update by clicking on it.

2.Click and the Modify Specialty type form will open.                                

3.Enter new name in the Specialty type field. 

4.Click  and changes will be saved.

1.Select the Specialty type you wish to delete by clicking on it.

2.Click

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. 

Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time.
