1.Click and the New Dental group form will open.                                

2.Enter the new Dental Group name.

3.Click  and the new record will be added.

1.Select the Dental group record you wish to update by clicking on it.

2.Click and the Modify Dental group form will open.                                

3.Enter the new name in the Dental Group field.

4.Click  and the changes will be saved.

1.Select the Group you want to delete by clicking on it.

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. 

Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time.
