Usage: This list is used to define and track the source of each one of your customers.

 

Navigation: File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Customers > Sources

Source List Maintenance form

hmtoggle_arrow1How to add a new Source:

1.Click V9 - New and the New Source form will open.                              

2.Enter the new Source name.

3.Click V9 - Save and the new record will be added.

1.Select the Source record you wish to update by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Modify and the Modify Source form will open.                                

3.Enter the new name in the Source field. 

4.Click V9 - Save and changes will be saved.

1.Select the Source you wish to delete by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Delete

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. 

Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time.
