Usage: To specify even further, you may add specific Source Names that are linked to an existing Source.

 

Prerequisites:

➢Source

Navigation: File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Customers > Sources Names

hmtoggle_arrow1How to add a new Source Name:

1.Click V9 - New and the New Source Name form will open.                              

2.Enter the new Source Name.

3.Select a Source from Link to Source drop down list.

4.Click V9 - Save and the new record will be added.

1.Select the Source Name record you wish to update by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Modify and the Modify Source Name form will open.                                

3.Enter the new name in the Source Name field, or link the existing Source name to another Source. 

4.Click V9 - Save and changes will be saved.
hmtoggle_arrow1How to delete a Source Name record:

1.Select the Source Name you wish to delete by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Delete

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. 

Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time.
