Usage: This section of the settings form is where users can define the different types of descriptions, types and statuses calls can be defined by.

 

 

Navigation:             File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Calls    

First you have available options:

Call description can only be selected from the predefined list - if checked then call description cannot be entered manually. You need to select a predefined description
