Usage:  

Products tab displays the list of products that were added to the selected case. How to add Product to a case is presented here.

 

Navigation: Customer > 4. Cases OR Case Finder > Product tab

Available options on right click:

➢Add/ Change Lot Number

1.Select the Product  

2.Right click on it

3.Select the Add/Change Lot Number option

4.Enter the new Lot Number on Add/Change Lot Number form

5.Click OK to save the changes.

6.New lot Number will be displayed in grid.
