Usage:
First step in using DAMAS Maintenance Procedures is to configure Buildings, Locations, Equipment andProcedures. The records are needed in DAMAS Procedure tab in File > Global Settings > Global > Laboratory lists > Laboratories in order to plan procedures that will be executed frequently for a period of time.
Navigation: File > Global Settings > Global > DAMAS Maintenance > Equipment
Equipment Maintenance form
1.Click and the New Equipment form will open. 2.Enter Description, Manufacturer, Model Number, Serial Number 3.Set Dates for: Purchase Date, In Service Date and Warranty End Date. 4.Click and the new record will be added. |
1.Select the Equipment record you want to update by clicking on it. 2.Click and the Modify Equipment form will open. 3.Enter the new name in the Equipment field. 4.Click and the changes will be saved. |
1.Select the Equipment you want to delete by clicking on it. 2.Click 3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. Note: Record will be deleted from the database, but you can add it back at any time. |
