Usage:  

First step in using DAMAS Maintenance Procedures is to configure Buildings, Locations, Equipment andProcedures. The records are needed  in DAMAS Procedure tab in File > Global Settings > Global > Laboratory lists > Laboratories in order to plan procedures that will be executed frequently for a period of time.

 

Navigation: File > Global Settings > Global > DAMAS Maintenance > Equipment

1.Click V9 - New and the New Equipment form will open.

2.Enter Description, Manufacturer, Model Number, Serial Number

3.Set Dates for: Purchase Date, In Service Date and Warranty End Date.

4.Click V9 - Save and the new record will be added.

1.Select the Equipment record you want to update by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Modify and the Modify Equipment form will open.

3.Enter the new name in the Equipment field.

4.Click V9 - Save and the changes will be saved.

1.Select the Equipment you want to delete by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Delete equipment

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. 

Note: Record will be deleted from the database, but you can add it back at any time.
