Usage:
Digital Case Import is a process where DLCPM reads the ZIP file provided by the digital scanners and imports the case in the system. After many years, scanner companies remain unwilling or incapable to release an API that would provide direct access. Magic Touch Software, however, will accomplish everything except the downloading. You get the file from the respective portal, and DLCPM will do the rest!

We currently support files from following scanners: •iTero •3M •Carestream •Sirona |
This varies from scanner to scanner. Some, like iTero, provide a great deal of information, where others provide very little data. The chart in the Scanners page explains how the CustomerID and Lab are determined. |
