 Please refer to the chart for an outline of all compatible scanners and details for each. Various scanners are compatible with the Digital Case Import process. Each scanner pulls different pieces of information.

License Number, Read from Practice Doctors, then Customers If failed, Default Customer ID

Lab ID Setting

Restoration and Materials from API Product Map set in GS for iTero

When Customer ID is not found and later changed, Customers License # will be updated for future use. (If blank)

The default configuration for Ortho is used. If there is none set, then following option is used:

For Ortho files:

  File Format:  TwoFiles_ArchesOrientedInOcclusion

  File Type: STL

  Type Format: SolidModelWithLowProfileBase

For Restoration:

Always use “Cad Cam System Type Id” = 3Shape

 

The Case Status in iTero will then be set to 'Downloaded', preventing DLCPM from downloading the case again.

License Number, Phone #, Email Read from Customers, if failed, Search the first Lab with Default Customer ID of 3M

Search list of Labs by Phone # If failed, search for the first Lab that has Default 3M CustomerID

Restoration and Materials from API Product Map set for 3M

Search Customers by Email Address If failed, use Default CustomerID from the first record in Labs

Read the Lab from Default Customer ID

No Product is added. Restoration and Materials are not provided by Carestream
