Custom Package Type

Usage: Default Package types can be set now to ensure the desired package types are set when processing shipments.

 

Prerequisites:

Carrier -> Path: File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Shipping > Carriers other than UPS or FedEx

 

Navigation: File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Shipping > Custom Package Types

hmtoggle_arrow1How to add a new Package Type :

1.Click V9 - New and the New Custom Package Type form will open.

2.Select the Carrier from the drop down list.

3.Enter Package Type. 

4.Enter Length, Width, Height and Unit of Measurement.

5.Click V9 - OK and the new record will be added.

1.Select the record you wish to update by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Modify and the Modify Carrier Custom Package Types form will open.                                

3.Make the changes.

4.Click V9 - OK and the changes will be saved.

1.Select the record you wish to remove.

2.Click V9 - Delete

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. 

Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time.
