Usage
Case Audit Trail is made to provide device/case activity history for the time it was received at the lab to the time it was shipped. The option is available on right click Menu of the case or the Print option for the case.
1.Select the case for which you want to print the Audit Trail. You can do that in Customer > 4.Cases form or after Searching it in Case Finder. 2.Print the Audit Trail. You have several ways to do that: •Right click on the case record in grid and select Print Audit Trail
