Inventory Reason

Usage:

If there are any manual adjustments that need to be made to inventory items, it is required to select a reason when adding an adjustment.The Reason values are added to the database on this form.  

 

Navigation:   File > Global Settings > Global > Inventory > Inventory Reason

1.Click V9 - New and the New Reason form will open.

2.Enter the new Reason name.

3.Click V9 - OK and the new record will be added.

1.Select the Reason record you want to update by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Modify and the Modify Reason form will open.

3.You can change the Reason name .

4.Click V9 - OK and the changes will be saved.

1.Select the Reason you want to delete by clicking on it.

2.Click V9 - Delete

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. 

Note: Record will be deleted from the database, but you can add it back at any time.
