Usage:   Taxes displays only those products that were added to the case and have the Taxable option checked in order to have tax applied to them. This option is in Administrator > Settings  or   on Home Page > General > Products & Tasks Lists > Products .

 

 

Navigation:

Customer > Cases OR Case Finder > Select Case > Taxes tab

 

Taxes are set in Customer Settings > Taxes.
