Usage: Products tab displays the list of products that were added to the selected case. How to add Product to a case is presented here.

 

Navigation:

Customer > Cases OR Case Finder > Select Case > Products tab

Products tab

Available option: Change Lot Number

1.Select the Product

2.Click on Change Lot Number

3.Enter the new Lot Number on Add/Change Lot Number form

4.Click

5.New lot Number will be displayed in grid.
