Other Places where calls can be created:
1. Customer Calls and Notes tab on Customer form .
2.My calls form
3.Department Calls section. Here all calls are grouped by department.
4.Cases > Call Notes. Calls for selected case can be added here.
5. Customer Main form. Note that here ONLY the Pending calls that correspond to the selected customer are visible.
