Usage:  

The Quickbooks Errors menu gives lab users and Magic Touch support more information on why Quickbooks synchronizations fail.

 

Navigation: Accounting > View QB Errors

View QB Errors

The following form will open:

 

❖QuickBooks Sync Errors Menu: This menu will display all current and historical records of QB errors. You may Retry next time when QB Sync runs. Once these have been resolved and re-queued, the error will disappear from the list.
