Usage:
Customers last statement can be regenerated with just one click. Unlike Recreate Last Statement option, when selected customer's last statement is regenerated, this option (Regenerate Last Statement PDF Files) will regenerate the Last Statement PDF files for all Customers.
Navigation: Accounting > Regenerate Last Statement PDF Files

1.Following the navigation path click on the Regenerate Last Statement PDF Files option. 2.Select Yes when the message : "Are you sure you want to Regenerate the Last Statement PDF files for all Customers?" appears in order to continue. 3.The message: "Statement regenerated successfully" displays to confirm the statement creation. |
