Usage:  

Alternate Addresses should be entered in Related Information for each Customer.

       

Prerequisites:  

In order to be able to fill in all details on this form, it is required that you have entered the Address Types first. Navigate to File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Customers > Address Types

 

Navigation: Customer > 2.Related Info > Alternate Addresses

1.Click V9 - Add to enter a new Alternate Address.

2.The Add Alternate Addresses form will display

3.Enter:

➢Type - select Type from the dropdown list. Please make sure that you have the necessary values entered previously in File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Customers > Address Types

➢Name, Address and Phone.

4.Click V9 - Save when all data is entered in order to add the Address to the database.

1.Select the address you wish to edit by clicking on it in the grid

2.Click V9 - Edit 

3.Make any necessary changes and click OK to save the record

1.Select the address you wish to delete by clicking on it in the grid

2.Click V9 - Delete

3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation

Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time
