3Usage:  

This option allows to verify customer addresses utilizing the Carrier's address verification to ensure customer addresses are correct for shipping purposes.

 

Navigation: Tools > Batch processing  >  Address Correction Batch

Users can accomplish the following:

➢Multiple customers can be processed at once based on the query selection.  

➢FedEx, UPS, and Purolator carriers are supported.

➢Main, Billing, Practice Doctor, Alternate, and Billing Account Addresses can be selected to be processed.

➢Only addresses with City and State and First Address Line populated will be processed.

➢If multiple addresses are returned there is an option to use the default address or be prompted to choose.

➢After processing, the user can then review the accounts resulting in error and accounts that were successfully updated.

Please note: international addresses are not supported.
