Usage: This section contains a variety of details about the campaign.
Prerequisites: Open the Campaign Manager form. See here for navigation and a description of the module.

Campaign Manager - 1. Campaign Details tab
1.On the Campaign Manager form, select the desired Campaign.
2.Select the 1. Campaign Details tab.
3.On the right side of the window, you will see a section titled Stats.
4.This area has the following fields:
•Total Sent – The total amount of correspondence sent (Mailers, Emails, etc). Enter the total number of correspondence sent in this field.
•Total Cost – The total cost of sending all the correspondence to your customers. Enter the total cost in this field.
•Total Redeemed – Total number of customers that have used the product and discount code combination within the dates of the campaign. These discounts can be applied directly to the products when entering or editing cases. You can also apply them in the Remake and Discount menu.
•New to Bus. Unit – First time customer has ordered a campaign product from that department.
•New to Lab – First time customer ordered a campaign product from the lab.
•Cost per Case – Total Cost amount divided by Total Redeemed discounts.
•Acquisition Cost – Total Cost amount divided by number of New to Bus. Units.
•For more information on your campaign, run the Sales Summary by Campaign report in the Report Center or ask our support team how you can get a custom report catered to your needs.
Important note: The statistics are not live and updates are processed nightly.
