Usage: System E-mail templates are used to configure certain automated emails. There are a number of automated emails which can be sent to customers when a certain action is performed through DLCPM. For example, there are system templates available for sending credit card payment confirmations, monthly statements, daily shipping tracking information and so on. It is important to note that while the System templates are located in the corresponding folder, users must copy the desired email templates to complete any edits or customizations to the body of the email template.
With each DLCPM Enterprise update, system templates may be enhanced and improved. All changes and enhancements made with a system templates will be outlined in the release notes of the corresponding update.
