Company Directory Maintenance form
1.Click and the New Entry form will open. 2.Enter Name, select Department 3.Enter Extension and E-mail address 4.Click and the new record will be added. |
1.Select the record you want to update by clicking on it. 2.Click and the Modify Entry form will open. 3.Make all necessary changes . 4.Click and the changes will be saved. |
1.Select the record you want to delete by clicking on it. 2.Click 3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. Note: Record will be deleted from the database, but you can add it back at any time. |
