Usage:
Navigation: File > Global Settings > Global > Miscellaneous > Report Forms
Report Forms Maintenance form
1.Click and the New Report Form form will open. 2.Dropdown menu for Form Type is available. The content of this dropdown menu is to the list of all forms found on Forms tabs of Add/Edit Lab. 3.Enter the Form name. 4.Click and the new record will be added. |
1.Select the record you want to update by clicking on it. 2.Click and the Modify Report Form form will open. 3.Make all necessary changes . 4.Click and the changes will be saved. |
1.Select the record you want to delete by clicking on it. 2.Click 3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. Note: Record will be deleted from the database, but you can add it back at any time. |
