Usage: On this form you can enter the possible statuses that a Complaint can have.
Navigation: File > Global Settings > CRM Lists > Complaints > Status

1.Click and the New Status form will open. 2.Enter the new Status name. 3.Click and the new record will be added. |
1.Select the Status record you wish to update by clicking on it. 2.Click and the Modify Status form will open. 3.Enter the new name in the Status field. 4.Click and the changes will be saved. |
1.Select the Status you wish to delete by clicking on it. 2.Click 3.Select YES when prompted for confirmation. Please Note: The record will be deleted from the database, but you may add it back at any time. |
