First you have available options: ➢Do not allow multiple Complaints for a Case - if this option is checked then each case can have a maximum of one complaint. ➢Allow complaints if Case is not invoiced - if checked then complains can be entered for uninvoiced cases. ➢Allow non-Case related Complaints - if checked then complaints can be entered without linking them to a case.
