Usage:
To print out a selected complaint or a list of complaints on Complaint Manager form.
Navigation: You may open the Complaint Manager form from the Main menu and view complaints for all existing Customers. Or you may select a specific customer and open the Complaint Manager from the Customer menu that appears once the Customer form is open. (For more details please see this topic)
How to print Complaints:
1.Open the Complaint Manager form.

2.Two Print options are available:
➢Complaint list - This option will print the list of complaints that are currently displayed on the form.
➢Selected Complaint - This option will print the details of the selected complaint.
